Jijamata Udyan History Mumbai
Jijabai Bhosale Udyan is one of the oldest zoos in Mumbai. It was established in 1861 and also has a variety of animals and birds like Swamp, Tigers, Cats, Deer, Hyenas, etc. It is also well known as Rani Baug Zoo Mumbai. This place is spread over 50 acres and a museum in the complex. Visitors can come along with their families and friends for a better experience. It has a botanical garden also in 1861. Your kids will enjoy a lot and learn about many things.
Under this Mumbai Zoo offers you a walk-through among noisy birds on the campus. It has more than 300 trees, flowers plants, and herbs.
