Bharat Tex 2024

With sponsorship from the Indian Ministry of Textiles, the largest textile show in the country, “Bharat Tex 2024,” is a global textile event organized by a consortium of eleven Indian Textile Export Promotion Councils. The dates of this event are February 26–29, 2024, in Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

A well-known global industry platform, Bharat Tex 2024 will include product launches, interactive and themed pavilions, government-to-government (G2G) meetings, business-to-business (B2B) networks, exhibitions, knowledge sessions, and thematic discussions, among many other events. The event is intended to draw a wide range of participants, such as international buyers, global CEOs, international exhibitors, and influential legislators.

A truly unique experience for knowledge, business, and networking, Bharat Tex 2024 promises to include dedicated pavilions on sustainability and recycling, thematic discussions on resilient global supply chains and digitization, interactive fabric testing zones, product demonstrations, and masterclasses by craftspeople with over three generations of tradition and history, an art jugalbandi, and a marquee event involving global brands and international designers.

Two of the most recognisable and modern conference centres in the capital city will play home to Bharat Tex 2024.

Bharat Mandapam

Bharat Mandapam, one of the biggest exposition centres in the nation and the site of the historic G20 Summit in 2023, is situated in Pragati Maidan in the centre of New Delhi, India, and has more than 625,000 square metres of show area.

Yashobhoomi

The recently opened Yashobhoomi at the India International Convention & Expo Centre (IICC), Dwarka, features an impressive 8.9 lakh square metres of display space in addition to world-class services.

According to the grant given by the Indian government, the Council is extending an invitation to foreign buyers with the following complementary benefits:

• Four (4) nights at a hotel without charge
• The venue and hotel both provide free Wi-Fi.
• Free breakfast Airport and venue transportation (to and from)
• Lunch is served at the location on fair days

The Screening Committee of the Council will analyse and assess each application for selection and approval before sending invitations to the chosen purchasers.

The event offers a great chance for Cambodian textile product makers and exporters to take part in Bharat Tex 2024, as over 3,000 international customers are expected to attend. Furthermore, more than 30,000 domestic purchasers will take part in Bharat Tex 2024. Manufacturers of home textiles and ready-made garments can collaborate with well-known brands and retail chains to market their goods in India.

Standards for Hall Configuration:

Plotting the floor layout has done very carefully, taking into account the following factors:

• Hall classification based on product categories
• Comparing the space needed for each section with the space that is available in each hall
• Large booths and partners can reserve the best spots at the entry.
• Booth allocation for every product category with more than five exhibitor submissions has done via a random drawing technique.

Policy on refunds for booths removed from Bharat Tex 2024:

• Prior to Allotment & Final Invoice: 50% of the booth charge will reimbursed if you cancel your booth before it has assigned.
• Following Allotment: 100% of the booth cost will lost if you cancel your booth after it has reserved.
• The Bharat Tex Core Committee will decide how much to charge any exhibitor who cancels their participation fewer than five days before the event begins.
